Unauthorised parking in allocated spaces, and empty bays earning nothing
Escape to Comfort’s allocated spaces were regularly taken by unauthorised drivers. Residents and guests often couldn’t park in the spaces meant for them. When the bays weren’t in use, they sat empty and brought in nothing.
How we solved it
ANPR enforcement and pre-booked parking, live within four weeks
We surveyed the site and had everything set up within four weeks. We installed multiple cameras to cover every bay on a tight, challenging site, along with compliant signage for enforcement. We then set up pre-booked paid parking through JustPark, so occupancy is managed across residents, guests and paying visitors.

When spaces aren’t needed, visitors can pre-book and pay through JustPark. Spaces that used to sit empty now bring in a valuable new revenue stream.
