What was their problem

Unauthorised parking taking every resident space

Drivers with no right to park on site were taking up all of the allocated resident spaces at South Grove Court, causing real problems for tenants and the landlord. Signs had been put up and drivers had been spoken to directly, but nothing changed. They needed a solution that would actually work.

How we solved it

ANPR coverage on a difficult site to install

We surveyed the site and had everything set up within four weeks. With very limited land to work with, positioning was key. We placed a 24/7 ANPR camera to cover every space and installed compliant signage at specific points on site. We also set up a web portal for the landlord and a self-serve facility so tenants can log their own visitors and guests.

Solutions used

ANPR

Round-the-clock ANPR camera coverage of every resident space, carefully positioned to work on a site with very little room.

Permit Parking

The landlord manages the site through a web portal, and tenants log their own visitors and guests in seconds. No cancellation admin.

Signage

Compliant signage installed at key points on site, so every driver knows the rules before they park. Clear rules, and spaces kept free for residents.
